3/4/24 I am editing my review. After my initial review, and conversations with Bob’s staff and flooring installer. The owner of Bob’s reached out to us and reviewed our situation and came out to the house to inspect the floors. A reasonable resolution was reached. We now have the beautiful floor we thought we were getting. We really appreciated the time and concern they had for us and our situation. Bob’s customer service and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Thank you Brain We were so excited to get our new LVP flooring we have saved and finally able to do it. I am very disappointe with how our floors turned. We came in with a sample of what we wanted how thick and what color. The salesman showed the prefect match for color, the. He went on to tell us how great that flooring is and how his father has similar floor and holds up well. We got our floors installed and when they were done and gave us the left over we realized the floor was half as thick as we wanted. By the next day walking on it you could feel it shift under foot and could hear it making rice crispy sounds. We called Big Bo’s and were told give it a day or two to settle and should be good. Noise continued they sent out the flooring guy who then told us yes this type of floor does this. I feel very taken advantage of had we know it was only half as thick as we wanted and we would make noise when walking on we have gone with someone else. Now we are out our $6100 and looking to replace these floors with what we wanted to begin with so now we being paying double which our savings is gone now so we have to have financing. Would not recommend Big Bobs to anyone needing flooring. We did talk with the flooring installing and he did explain this type of flooring might have some noise and he did apologize to us for the issues we are having. The installer did come out, was not going to do any repairs today stated the manager would probably want to come and see it. My husband agreed and told him the floor might be coming up anyway.

I would highly suggest Big Bobs Flooring. Talk to Eddie he's the best! I was in a time crunch and Eddie got me flooring installed the very next day. I chose what was in stock and he was able to have his installers come right away. Excellent prices and a very wide variety of choices. Eddie even called me on his day off to make sure that I happy and to schedule some carpet that did have to be ordered. The quality of work is top notch. I had called several local flooring companies and they were all unable to help me right away, it would have been at least 2-3 weeks before I could get on the schedule. Big Bob’s representative reached out to us immediately and began offering to inspect the floor and offer professional assistance. While the flooring was beautiful, it peeled and cracked shortly after it was installed. After posting this grievance, a representative from the company was kind enough to reach out to me. They sent someone to inspect the flooring even though it was not laid by a Big Bob’s contractor. They were very helpful and professional in their assistance and we are greatly appreciative of the time they took to review what happened and to offer suggestions for a fair resolution.They have expressed regrets for the problems my parents experienced with the floors and the owner even took the time to contact us. Although my family is still trying to navigate exactly how they are going to replace the floor, we are genuinely appreciative of the time, professional assistance and information offered by Big Bobs. Their customer service has been outstanding.

However, I was in a time crunch because of family coming in from arriving out of town in less than a week for a major life event. I called Big Bob’s Flooring OKC and Callie was beyond amazing in helping me to match tile and carpet. Time was of the essence for me and every time I called Callie answered. She was gracious and was generous in using her expertise and knowledge in the business to help me. Too bad there are only 5 stars to select!! Met Callie & Eddie at Home & Garden Show. Saw Callie’s big smile across the aisle & was drawn right to Big Bobs! Also, was looking for vinyl flooring! I was delighted when she told me the old tile did not have to be removed in order to install new vinyl on top!! Exactly what I was hoping for. So, the hard part began. Decision making, which I am pitiful at! But Callie came to my house, took pictures, measured & made suggestions. Next day we went to store to see what was available. Easy, right??? BBs May not have everything in stock, but has access to anything I wanted. I took home samples at least 3 times. Several at a time. Callie even ordered special ones for me. Finally, we found the ONE & that is what they are finishing right now!! Callie, Eddie & Wes were all friendly & helpful. Casual, not “sales” people. Helping people. Patient with me & other customers I observed coming in. Never needed to shop at other store because I was sold on the people, so I assume the price was good. I am a customer who HIGHLY values customer service. I made plans to refloor my entire house. This company was recommended to me. The entire staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Eddie was my rep. He was very patient and took time to thoroughly explain the in and outs about particular flooring. I made several trips back to the store during the decision making process and was greeted like it was my first time each time I came in. I purchased my material with ease. During my floor installation the installer mismeasured and I was short on tile and since my tile was a special order they would've had to order it. In normal circumstances it would have taken over a week to be delivered which would of set the completion of my flooring off which meant more time off work. I asked Eddie if he could help in any way. He searched around and pulled together what I needed to complete my install. Very happy customer to say the least.

I found some Bella Cera wood online that they did not have in the store and he was able to get it for me in a couple days. Pricing was great and comparable to online and other OKC flooring stores. Eddie was also responsive throughout the ordering process and made sure the installers measurements were inline with the amount of wood that I estimated we needed. This place is awesome!! The product is great, but it is the customer service provided by Mr. Eddie Copeland that helped a bad situation turn around. I unfortunately became familiar with a slab leak and my carpet was toast. My husband and I wanted laminate flooring until Mr. Copeland introduced us to luxury vinyl planking. This stuff is durable, beautiful, and truly waterproof (unlike laminate).The pricing is on point, plus if you are a veteran or active military there is a generous discount. Installation was a breeze too and super fast!!

Surprised, even more, after the man who was going to install the carpet and flooring came out to inspect and measure measure, the price was even less than what was quoted at the store. Plus, we didn't get have to wait for an appointment to get the house measured and inspected. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He stayed passed closing time explaining and finishing our order. Have used Big Bob's before, this is the second time for the same house and if your re-carpeting your house, check them out after you get another estimate, you might get a surprise as we did.

Flooring and sales 5 stars 1600sq. ft. in stock. But the installer (Freddie) will cheat you if you don't watch him like a hawk. Paid extra to have old flooring removed and 6 mo.later I had to replace a toilet and found that the old flooring was still there. I was not able to watch do to work. Made him come back and fix several issues with base boards and flooring bubbling.

We recently moved here and wanted to have some flooring replaced in our new house, we stumbled upon Big Bob's and had a great experience. Eddy, our salesman, was very helpful in finding flooring that we wanted, he wasn't just showing us the highest prices flooring like other businesses we had visited. Our installer Hector and his crew were excellent as well, they were very punctual and professional and completed the project ahead of time. After the installation Eddy and Hector realized that we had overpaid more than $600 for the installation, they immediately returned the additional money. The integrity and professionalism on all sides was second to none, we will definitely be using them for any flooring needs in the future!

I just wanted to say welcome back Big Bobs. Its unfortunate that you were hit by a tornado last year. I'm glad your open once again. I had tile installed by Big Bobs about 2 years and found out they were back open. We needed some carpet for our bedroom and the kids rooms. Long story short, we went in on a Monday and had it installed by Wednesday. I'm very happy with the service and the installation. I don't usually write reviews but I have been very please with these guys.
